Company was originally incorporated on March 03, 2003 with the name PR Tradelink Private limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Further fresh certificate of incorporation was issued for change of name to PR Ecoenergy Private Limited vide certificate dated May 15, 2009 having Corporate Identification Number U51909GJ2003PTC042090. The company later changed to PR Ecoenergy Limited on 23.08.2018 with CIN: U40100GJ2003PLC042090.

The company was incepted with business of commodity trading in Cotton and Yarn. Later in the year 2009 the company changed its name and nature of business to renewable energy from generation and sale of energy (Steam, Heat and Power) through agricultural waste (Biomass). Our company undertakes projects for Steam Boilers, Cogeneration systems, Trigeneration systems and Thermic fluid heaters on Built, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. The company also took up business of sale of steam and heat by operating and maintaining already installed plants in client’s premises.

Besides this our company is also engaged in providing in consultancy services energy cost reduction. Our Company is also into the business of briquette production by utilizing bagasse of sugar mills as its raw material.

The company has acquired assets of M/s Arcoy Biorefinery Private Limited located in GIDC Panoli from State Bank of India. The company is in process to install India’s First Central Energy Supply Station for sale of Steam, Power, Chilled Water, Hot Water and other utilities to nearby industries from a common large-scale plant. The company is also planning to foray into production of Absolute Ethanol (Bio-Ethanol) from the refinery, production of Green Concrete and concrete products.
